Kleem items that have been purchased at full price from www.kleem.ca may be returned within 21 days of purchase for online store credit only. No refunds will be issued. Returned items must have original tags and packaging and be in new condition.
Kleem Candle Market is not responsible for the shipping costs of returns nor returns lost in transit; therefore we recommend you use a shipping service with tracking number capability. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt with any return and clearly written contact information so that it may be quickly processed. Once items are received and processed an online store credit will be issued for the amount of merchandise returned (please note original shipping charges are not refundable). Online store credits are valid for one year from date issued.
Items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Should an item be damaged, please report the damage to Kleem Candle Market within 14 days of purchase.
